Kingsmead Cars Limited: very helpful, very efficient service.Van received in great condition for age and mileage - very clean and tidy, nicely presented. Paperwork available with records in good order.Needed a van quickly after old van was written off - transaction with Kingsmead completed within 48 hours, nothing too much trouble.

We recently purchased a Transit Custom from Simon at Kingsmead Cars. The van is in amazing condition throughout and the whole buying process couldn't have been any easier. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Rude, patronising and arrogant. Called up this morning about a vehicle found on auto trader, asked if we could come and have a look and test drive. Was told that it was ‘reserved’ but if we wanted to buy then we could come down … he also mentioned that there was a similar vehicle that was more expensive, that didn’t bother us as was still in budget (the first vehicle was at the lower end of what we were looking at) but he started to abruptly question why we were interested in both vehicles. We called about one, was told that was reserved so was naturally interested in an alternative which he mentioned to us!!! After a few rude and abrupt questions (assuming he knew our situation!) put the phone down on me. I work in the motor trade so I may sound like a young ‘naive’ woman but I’m genuinely in the market for a new vehicle and understand what I’m looking for! I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole, avoid!

Thank You for your Review, although inaccurate. Unfortunately the Truck you enquired about was Reserved and not for Sale. The second Truck that i mentioned to you, you needed Finance to buy, but i dont deal with Finance Companies as stated in both adverts. Not at any time was i rude, patronising or arrogant towards you only disappointed that i could not supply you with a new vehicle and i certainly did not put the phone down on you. Kingsmead cars are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were really competitive on their price point for the vehicle I purchased. I would absolutely buy from them again. Keep up the great work Simon.

Outstanding service. Outstanding cars. My first large purchase through my company and Kingsmead cars made it a perfect experience. Open and transparent about the purchase which is what you need when buying a car.
